B.Ed., Course

Eligibility for Admissions:

1. The Candidates should have undergone 10+2+3 (15) or 11+1+3 (15) pattern of study and passed the qualifying Examination conducted by the respective State Board of CBSE or  any other recognized Board of Education/Examination and U.G Degree Examination of the UGC recognized universities in any one of the school subjects offered by the Directorate of School Education at the Secondary/Higher Secondary Education level.

2. Candidates who have passed the U.G. or P.G. degree in open university System without qualifying in 11 years SSLC examination and 1 year of Pre-University course (P.U.C.) examination or 10 + 2 Pattern of School Education examination shall not be considered for admission.

3. Candidates who have passed under Additional Degree Programme with less than three years duration are not eligible for admission.

4. Candidates with the following Marks in the Bachelor’s Degree are eligible for admission to the B.Ed. Degree course other than Economics, Commerce, subjects for which PG qualification is mandatory.

Diploma in Elementary Education Course

Eligibility for Admissions:

A selection committee will undertake the process of selection for the management quota.  Single Window system is followed for the Govt. quota. We have offered 80% for the management quota and 20% for the SWS.

Qualification:
A pass in Higher Secondary Course Public Examination or its equivalent with 45% of marks in aggregate ie., 540/1200 for OC/ BC/ MBC candidates. A mere pass in the Higher Secondary Course Public Examination or its equivalent is enough for SC & ST candidates.

Age Limit:
The candidates belonging to OC/ BC/ MBC should not have exceeded the age of 30 years as on 31st July in the respective year of admission.

The candidates belonging to SC, ST and Physically Handicapped should not have exceeded the age of 35 years as on 31st July in the respective year of admission.

The candidates belonging to Orphans, Destitute women & widows should not have exceed the age of 40 years as on 31st July in the respective year of admission.
